Pre-Registration now closed! Come to the conference and register as a "walk-in"--just come! If you know of some Family Program activities (check the family program page) you know you'd like to commit for, send an email to info (at) csvhfs.org and let us know. Participation in the specific activity won't be guaranteed but we'll do what we can. Give us your meal choices too! You can print out the registration materials mentioned on this page but bring them with you--DO NOT mail them!

In late February, a mailing was sent to 1400 members, former members, and active VHF'ers. It gave a basic outline of the upcoming conference event and encouraged recipients to make their summer plans include attending the conference (with their families).

On May 21st, a 2nd mailing was sent to 550 members and VHF'ers. It has our firmed up Technical Program, firmed up Family Program, many conference details, tourism ideas, and a registration form. If you did not receive the 2nd mailing, you are encouraged to download the 10-page pdf document (see "Links" below) that includes all the pages of the 2nd mailout. The file is large at 1.4MB, so we offer a zipped version (see "Links" below) which is slightly smaller at 830kb. This website, however, has all of the content of the 2nd mailing but in an expanded form. For instance, our Points of Interest page has many more suggestions, than the 2nd mailing, for things to see in the Twin Cities or Minnesota before and after the conference.

The registration form (see "Links" below) is also available for downloading just by itself. All registrations must be mailed in. We do NOT have online registration this year. This year, the registration form has two sides. Please note the questions on the backside--please answer them to assist us in our planning. Also note that this year we have shirts with the CSVHFS logo for sale to celebrate the 40th Anniversary.

Please pre-register by July 13th! It helps us with our planning and, in the case of family events, it assures you of being a participant in your desired family activity. Please note that the conference registration fee will be $40 for pre-registration and $45 after the July 13th cut-off (ie. at the door). This year, to show our committment to share our VHF interest with youth, we have a youth conference fee of $15, which includes a proceedings, for youth 18 years of age and younger.

Purchase shirts before July 13th if you'd like a good chance of picking yours up at the conference. All shirts not picked up at the conference will be shipped provided shipping fees were included.
