Ordering:

Before July 1st:
Use the conference registration form and mail to the address on the registration form. We will likely have your shirt either ready for pickup or mailing at confernce time. You must include shipping if the shirt will be mailed to you.

After July 1st:
Your shirt will have to be mailed to you so make sure you include shipping. We will accept orders through August 15, 2006. Then ordering will be closed for the year.To order your shirt, either print out this page, or use the conference registration form and mail to:
