Lodging Information

We have contracted for a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Elk Grove Village Hotel, Elk Grove Village, IL, on a first-come, first-served basis for $89.00 per night. This price is available Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights (Check-in Thursday, 23 July, check-out Sunday, 26 July). It is in your best interest to make your reservations as early as possible to avoid the significant increase in cost of rooms which can occur when our block is full.

The Holiday Inn Elk Grove Village Hotel is situated seven miles from O'Hare International Airport (ORD) in Chicago, and there is a complimentary hotel shuttle to and from this airport. The hotel is also 40 miles from Midway Airport (MDW); the taxi ride is about $40 one way. It is located at RT 83 & Landmeier Rd, 2 lights South of Higgins Rd (RT 72).
