We're glad to see that you will be attending the 58th annual Central States VHF Society Conference! Please complete the form fields below and we will process your registration. Your registration begins at $80 for the conference fee and annual membership dues. You may make payment through paypal or offline payment. Offline payment means you will mail a check for the total calculated in this registration form. We have also provided a printable form if you wish to register offline and submit your payment. Important dates to remember:
- Deadline to place order for all meals: July 17, 2026 (no changes or refunds can be accepted after this date)
- Deadline to hold a spot for the Thursday Social Event is July 17, 2026.
- All rooms should be booked by June 21, 2026. After that, the rooms will be released and the conference rate can no longer be guaranteed.
